Pretty standard I would say to be honest. Human Resources screen and then some interviews conducted where they ask you questions about your experience to understand where you are coming from

Great! 1 round of behavioral phone interview and then a long-day of 5 interviews with NLG employees, which asked about my experience listed on my resume. Make sure you know your resume inside out.
