I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nationwide Children's Hospital (Columbus, OH) in Apr 2016
Interview
They send an email about setting up an interview, depending on the recruit you can get an interview quick or you get the run around for a week or two. Once you have your interview you are asked to fill out a reference sheet on their portal and they have to be able to get a hold of all your references. Then you will receive a call or email offering you the position.

I applied online. I interviewed at Nationwide Children's Hospital
Interview
The interview was very thorough, but they had deep questions. It was questions that made you think. A packet of questions that were asked, but not stressful. There usually is a panel of people to ask the questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Nationwide Children's Hospital (Columbus, OH) in Sept 2017
Interview
No personal contact in first part of the application process. An online math test with personality questions. It seemed more psychology based with often repeated questions about work preferences. Was frustrating knowing how to answer words like "obsess" and "need". I prefer "committed to" and "prefer". It was hard to know what they were looking for.
