Interview
Interviews were usually held over zoom. Usually, the PI conducted it, but sometimes you could meet other people in the lab. Interviews lasted about 1 hour. Sometimes they would also invite you to see the lab in person.
One-on-one Zoom meeting with the PI where we discussed their research interest and my future goals for a career in research. The interview process is typical for an academic entry level role of post-bacc applicants.
