The screening call consisted of reading back my resume to me and asking, “is this correct?” And then reading back the job description asking, “are you ok with that?” They called back about half an hour later to actually ask me questions about my previous experience briefly. The interview was very casual and they did not have many questions for me. It was more about sharing the job in detail and giving me time to ask questions. I did not feel that they had an interest in learning about me.
