I applied online and was invited to the interview few days after the closing of the application.
A group interview + 1-1 interview.
All questions about customer service.
They do want people with positive attitude and resilience.

Why do you want to work for the Natural History Museum.
It started with a group assessment where we had to make paper airplanes and sell our one to the rest of the group. Then there was a one-on-one interview with about six questions.

Start with the ice breaking activity , and then two more activities.
There were around 20 people in the room , and they split people up into around 5 people a group.
