Nautilus Biotechnology interview questions

The interview process felt really chaotic. I initially had a couple of conversations with the recruiter, who was lovely. I then moved on to an interview with the hiring manager, which lasted about 30 minutes. However, the interview felt unstructured, and it didn't seem like they were clear on the level they were looking for, which didn't match the advertised role. The rejection was also poorly communicated, delivered in a very brief, one-sentence email. Overall, the experience left much to be desired.

Smooth good nice people. Great name of a company and product idea. Spoke to six people at least, first is hr and then more people. Mostly scientist and not much engineers
