I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at NavVis (Munich, Bavaria) in Aug 2025
Interview
It started with an initial call where I had the chance to meet with the recruiter and share my background and experiences. Afterwards, I had three separate interviews with different team members, all of whom were very welcoming and open to communication. The questions were relevant to the role, and I also answered some game-like questions related to the job description. Overall, the process was transparent, and the recruiter was very friendly and supportive throughout.
