It was a phone interview with the potential supervisor. The supervisor was 5 levels above the position they were hiring for. The supervisor was a retired army lieutenant colonel and was close to retirement from the federal service.

Resume was vetted by the hiring manager for a program office position in the Washington Navy Yard. Met with the hiring manager and potential supervisor for an onsite interview. Within a week, the hiring status was given.
