Spoke with the engineering manager over the phone, short screening/questions call. Then I set up a video interview. They mostly asked about my experience with some working-with-people questions. Then they set up a video tour to show me the facility.
Had me look over a few electrical drawings, some review some basic wiring knowledge, some situational based questions, and company related questions to see if I did my research. Overall it was a good and straightforward interview.
