Applied for the position and received a phone call with an invitation for an interview a couple of days later. Interview itself was easy, they basically just wanted to understand my personality type, experience in retail (luxury retail), explained the absolute significance of customer experience to them.

Can you tell us about your experience satisfying customers?
Simple and straightforward, questions about my experience, why I want to work there, etc. Then, more specific questions about my sales background. There were no trick questions really. It was just straight to the point.
