Nemours Children's Health interview questions

Over the phone interview followed by an in person interview and tour of the NICU floor. Interviewed by manager and by 2 floor nurses. Followed up after said manager would update me whether or not I would get a job offer. No response after follow up.

The job posting I applied to said that the medical assistant I position did not require any prior experience and stated it was an “entry level position.” I have a phlebotomy certification and I was offered a virtual interview, with my resume showing that I did not have any medical assistant experience, but when I joined the virtual interview, they rejected me within 5 minutes because I didn’t have any experience. It felt like a joke
