I applied online via career portal on their site. The interview steps: HR phone screening, HR interview at the office, interview with Supply Planning manager (office) with a test case in Excel.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Nestlé (Cairo, Cairo Governorate) in Dec 2018
Interview
I applied online, they called within 2 or 3 months. They scheduled an HR interview which was basically just a situational interview, then i met with the hiring manager and DSP head.
