Netcracker Technology Technical Manager interview questions

Total 4 rounds of of interview, I have cleared 3 rounds interview successfully. However, for some stupid reason I have been rejected in the final round. My 3rd round was with a Russian via Skype and he was nice guy having good communication skills. However there was another Russian guy how took my F2F interview in the final round and could not able to speak English properly. He was not able to listen to me and I was not able to understand him. He asked some stupid unusual Question? He asked me to take his interview , I have asked some technical questions and he could not answer. However he proved me wrong in one single questions and that was due to communication problem. After that I have answered all other technical questions still He rejected me.

They asked me about telecom industry usually BSS and OSS. And some technical real time questions on JAVA classes and PL/SQL. Later found out that there is no quality work for my experience and expertise.
