3 stages:
- Casual interview
- Technical test
- Technical interview and team fitting
Apart from the first stage which is pretty usual, Nexmo asks you to build a simple Java game thinking about scalability and concurrency issues.
There was no limit on building the game so I tried to put a lot of effort on the game itself.
On the day of the interview, the interviewers were very nice and friendly it was an amazing experience and Nexmo was a company that I really liked.
Unfortunately due to some lack of in deep knowledge over the 3 main topics of the interview (NoSQL, Memory management and concurrency) I failed to pass the interview.
Even if the interviewer were very kind, the last step was quite more difficult than expected considering the role title and the interview process is too long (considering the time spent on the tech task).
