was invited for a skill/analytical test which consisted of 15 quantative analysis questions...like GMAT and 1 caselet to anlyze and a letter to draft for the CEO with recommendations

Interview process is smooth. Level of the interview is also average. They are looking if you have experience that aligns with the role. The interviewers are generally cool people. The best you can do to prepare is better confident and calm.

First Aptitude round after screening. two round process of technical interview and 1 HR... on-boarding was smooth and WFH was there. The entire process took almost two weeks. they do not negotiate with notice period much
Recruiter reached out via email to schedule interview. Had 2 separate 30-minute interviews on the same day, one with the hiring manager which was focused on experience and if the role was a good fit, and one behavioral interview with the senior director.
