There was about 3 different interviews. The first was your typical "get to know you". The second one was more technical. They basically let me talk then asked me to go a little more into depth where they saw fit. At the third interview I met the team. Everyone was kind.

Got stuck in a rain storm on the way to the interview and showed up a bit wet, but also a few minutes early. Two women who gave the interview were cold, and seemed uninterested in me as an application. It seemed that they already had someone else in mind and didn't want to talk to me. Offices were clean, and most of the other people I met were very friendly. Wouldn't say it was a totally negative experience, it was just clear when I walked in the door that they were not going to hire me, not matter how well the interview went.
