I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Nix Health
Interview
Very friendly interview setting. Discussed the role and previous experiences. Heard back with an offer in about a week and scheduled a day to start orientation. There was some hold up on HRs end to receive a final start date and caused me to miss the originally planned orientation date. Orientation occurs every 2 weeks.

Interview
I submitted the online application through the organization website, and it took 2+ weeks to schedule the initial interview through HR after an initial phone screen. The in-person interview with the SLP supervisor lasted approximately 30 minutes. At the end of the interview I was informed they would have a decision by the end of the following week, and I would hear back from HR either way. I followed up with a thank you email. At the end of the allotted time I contacted HR. I was sent to voicemail with the explanation the person was in a meeting, at lunch or taking PTO. I contacted my direct interviewer once more by email and received a response that HR was finalizing the decision, and I would hear back from them. At this stage in the interview process, while I wasn't assured of the job, I would have appreciated closure to the interview process.

Interview
Basic interview with basic questions about experience previous employment, tasks, question and answer, orientation procrssz, benefits, what to expect. They tell you everything you want to hear and they don't tell you about how horrible their non existent workers comp policy is. If you get hurt, they'll stash you away abd then find a way to get rid of you later. Do yourself a favor and find a different employmer.
