It was tough. 5 rounds of technical + 1 round of HR. They expect you to write the code in front of them. They check your analytic skills, how good is your algorithm , your knowledge on java design patterns and last but not the least "The way you approach a problem to look for a solution"

Question 1
Gave a take home mini web project to solve & come back which had around 10 requirements. I was given 4 days to to implement it which I did in time & send them by e-mail.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Nokia (Quezon City, National Capital Region) in May 2017
Interview
1. Took the exam.
2. Technical Interview.
3. HR interview (behavioral and situational questions).
4. Job offer.
It took me almost 3 weeks to finish steps 1 to 4.
The technical interview lasted for about 2 hours while the HR interview lasted for about 1 hour.

Question 1
Explain on how would you detect duplicate files on a computer.
Tough selection process. First round started with a telecon and then subsequent 3 rounds of face to face technical round and then Mgr round and finally HR round. Salary negotiation is very smooth. If they really want a resource, salary is not at all issue.
