A simple interview process, with a phone interview first, then an in-person interview with the executive team. Usually, 3 one-on-one interviews are scheduled on the same day. The interview process was straightforward, and the questions asked were relevant to the job, work history, and reasons for the change.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at North American Title Company (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2016
Interview
Felt like a sales pitch and could tell the person interviewing hadn't done Escrow work, just sales which means their lack of understanding for the role has probably created issues. I didn't like that sales people were in branch manager roles when they haven't done the tough job of Escrow or endured the stress of the job.
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at North American Title Company (San Mateo, CA) in Dec 2012
Interview
I was taken out to lunch and interviewed by the branch manager and the regional manager. They were all really nice and I felt really comfortable answering all their questions. I got offered the job a few days later. I had to pass a background check and drug test before being hired.
