Nurse recruiter initiated phone screen process and eased into asking about experience, and day to day tasks from previous work performances and jobs. Then proceeded to move forward with an interview with a clinical nurse manager.

Was more of an interrogation. Tried to offer me based off of no experience vs. my 7 years of experience. Was exasperated by the interrogation, I told her I was only in it for the health insurance anyway. She backed down, seeing I was exasperated. Total mess of an interview.

Very simple just a conversation with the manager who asked basic questions like why are you interested in this position and name a time you managed a conflict with others.
