It was a two-step hiring process. Met with the recruiter, then the unit manager. Interview process was quick although done in 2020, so everything was virtual. The manager was good at breaking down the job requirements and allowed me to choose the specific shift I would want to work. Overall a good experience.

Procedural Unit. It is a one on one interview with the Manager. Then after that you will do a walk through the unit. Then you get to hang around to ask the employees any questions you might have.

Easy. Quick process. Quick hire. No issues pretty self explanatory and straight forward process. I didn’t have any issues with communication with the hiring manager like I’ve had in the past. Was able to tour the unit and see how things work
