Northwestern Medicine interview questions

The interview process was professional, organized, and welcoming. The recruiter asked behavioral and situational questions about teamwork, communication, patient care experience, availability, and interest in the role and healthcare environment.

It was a Microsoft Teams meeting with the hiring manager of the location that I applied for. The interview went great and they had informed me that they had hand-picked my resume from a job posting that I had already applied for. However, after the interview, it was three weeks until I heard back from anyone. This is after I emailed and called anyone I had been in contact with, but not once did I receive a reply. As a recent grad applying for entry-level jobs, it really should not take over a month for the whole process. It felt like I was just pushed to the side.
