There’s 3 interviews: one with the director assistant, one with a group of school age kids(5/ 6 year olds) and the director, and then the job offer with the director assistant.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at O2B Kids (Green Cove Springs, FL) in Mar 2018
Interview
It was me and 5 other people we met with two directors and we all introduced ourselves and then we do e a little activity. We then filled out some paperwork. We were all asked to come back the next day for the second interview as there are three parts to the interview.
