The entire interview process, from start to finish, was quite lengthy and exhausting. However, the HR team and hiring manager I was in contact with were incredibly helpful, making the process more manageable. Without their support, it could have felt even more draining.

I interviewed with HR and hiring manager, and was required to complete a lengthy assignment, despite having already mentioned that the solution to the problem was straightforward during the interview. Essentially, it boils down to money and resources. After submitting the assignment, I didn’t receive feedback for two weeks before learning that they had selected other candidates. The process felt inefficient and lacked timely communication.
