I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at OLX Group in Apr 2026
Interview
The HR representative initially spent a significant part of the call actively selling the company and emphasizing how strong the match was between my profile and the role. However, in the middle of the interview, she asked about my salary expectations and then said that their budget was below market level. As a result, we ended the call almost immediately.
Overall, the process felt poorly structured and quite confusing. If compensation was clearly below market, this should have been clarified before scheduling the interview, not halfway through a call after presenting the opportunity as a strong fit. It created the impression of an inefficient and inconsistent recruitment process.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OLX Group (Madrid) in Aug 2022
Interview
First with HR and then with the Product organisation. Business Case produced and presented. Communication always easy and process lean and transparent. HR shared feedback after the process. Very positive experience.
I applied online. I interviewed at OLX Group (Lisbon, Lisbon District) in Jun 2022

The interview consisted of 5 parts (guess it’s pretty long). First part - HR Second - Head of product (know the motivation and understand the goals) Third - Product interview (Sr product, designer) Haven’t passed further, but next stage is development team (tech interview) and the last one was with CPO

Question 1
Product stage - they gave me a case in miro and asked to solve it. Typical product questions as in Crack the PM interview. But they offered some strange data to analyze.
