I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at OLX Group (Gurgaon, Haryana) in Dec 2019
Interview
Interview was conducted on the Saturday. There were three rounds based on Javascript, HTML, Css, Algorithms and Puzzles.I cleared all the rounds. HR asks for salary slips , documents. After collecting all documents , I received an email that you are not taking yiur application further just because of your notice period. But I already discussed with them about notice period before the interview while scheduling. But they still called me for the interview and wasted the time. After that I called HR 4-5 times, but she did not pick up my call (And the same HR was calling me so many times before the interview). This is the reality of OLX .
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at OLX Group (Bengaluru) in Feb 2022
Interview
Did not like the interview process at all. Got a call from HR. Scheduled interview for weekend for Round 1.
I have to mention here though, people have different way of coding. So write the logic first and then go for function signature. Few do it other way round. The interviewer interrupts in between asking why it is not done. Seriously?
Secondly, interviewers help out candidates when stuck. This one laughs when asked clarifying qs.
Not a single question from React/ NodeJS or DS/Algo even though HR said the rounds will be on it. Need to make the process better.
