Very informal. Meet the managers, followed by an interview with specific team members. Once this has happened, you then move onto meet with the global team leader before a meeting with the head of HR.

If you were to personify yourself in one minute, how would you do so?
Direct and to the point. 3 Rounds all together all done and dusted in under a week. All teams involved were fair and polite and the feedback and follow up's were all great. No stupid questions and I could tell they were interested in me and what I had to offer.
