Pleasant and efficient interview process. They were respectful of the scheduling challenges, were transparent with process, yet with 6 interviews, it only took ~4 weeks for the written offer stage. The recruiting team were very responsive, and were able to answer my questions to satisfaction.

assessment in google docs, multiple choice questions
sql and go questions. There were code snippets for both. SQL questions were straight forward but options were very close. For Go, if someone is familiar with the language it will not be that difficult for someone to crack. This was just initial screening

Interview
Recruiter call, tech round with 3 engineers then another round with 2 managers. Very easy interview although team members looked unqualified, or just didn’t prepare good enough to conduct an interview.
The interview experience is an important first impression of a company. I am sorry that our team seemed unprepared for your interview. We will share this feedback with the engineering organization and their leadership team to ensure that efforts are made to improve this experience for others.
