ORM Digital Analyst interview questions

Telephone interview was scheduled - when the time came no-one called me. When I emailed interviewer he apologised saying he was tied up and we rescheduled. So when time came for second attempt, no call received, another wasted half hour. I emailed the interviewer, and he again said he was tied up. But if this was the case why didn't he email me rather than waiting for me to email him to ask if interview going ahead (he always replied quickly, so I doubt it was beyond his means to shoot me an email in advance)? He asked for some alternative times for a third attempt - when I supplied these I received no reply. Time waster - avoid this company.
