Oak Forest Academy interview questions

The young woman who interviewed me over the phone seemed less than matter of fact, and very burnt out. I was sure things did not go well, however I received a call from them encouraging me to come in to tour their facility. I was delighted, and pleasantly surprised all at once. However, upon my arrival for the interview, the woman seemed less than excited with my presence. There was an air of unprofessionalism and boredom, which made me rather uncomfortable. Not to mention the swarm of gnats I had to swat out of my face during our exchange. During the tour I saw overworked teachers and low morale. By the time she asked me how soon I could start, I had already checked out. I had made up in my mind it wasn't the place for me. I was so excited when I found out they moved forward elsewhere.
