I applied for an LPN position at Ochsner Multi Specialty clinic and got an email a week later saying they wanted a phone interview with me to discuss my qualifications.
The phone interview was really helpful and the recruiter described all tasks that were expected, he also asked me to describe myself as a nurse in three words and two situational questions. The recruiter was very easy to talk to.
