The process was clear and well-structured. It started with a chat with the recruiter, then an interview with the hiring manager, followed by a panel with members of the team, and finally a conversation with a director. Everything was well organised, friendly, and moved at a good pace. Everyone I spoke to was lovely, and Will (the recruiter) was an absolute hero - he kept me updated every step of the way, which made the whole experience much less stressful.
