Interview
I was invited to an octopus training center where i met with two head of operations, i was warmly welcomed and given a tour of the facilities. i must say i was very impressed from the offset with the training center, i was then invited to an office to be interviewed. The interview started off with talking about my past work history and experience. i was then asked a series of questions which were based around customer service, performance, work culture. I was made to feel very comfortable during the entire process. I left the interview with a strong sense that octopus was a company that cared about its customers and staff.

In a situation where an engineer has drilled through a water pipe and flooded a customers home, the customer is pregnant and has a child at home. what actions would you take to ensure the customer is supported and looked after.
