Found their job posting on Craigslist and applied through there. Next day was contacted and was asked to answer a few questions that included sending over a coding sample. After that, there was no response.

Got contacted by email. Then asked by the office manager a bunch of questions such as experience, resume, current pay, etc. Never got a reply back even though I sent a follow-up email. Doesn't seem like it has the courtesy to reply back if they don't find a good fit.
