Couldn't even get the phone screen. The first time, the recruiter was able to reschedule due to scheduling conflicts. The second time, she did not call during the scheduled time frame. I asked about twice if we needed to schedule again and no response. The next day, I get an automatic rejection saying they moved on to someone else. I understand if a better candidate proceeded on, but it was incredibly rude to not show up to the scheduled time agreed on by both parties.
