I was contacted via email and asked to complete a few questions via a link, then we set up a telephonic interview. In this interview, several questions were asked and andswered.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at OfferZen in Aug 2022
Interview
The interview process was quite long but wasn't discouraged as OfferZen communicates the entire process from the begging and throughout. Their turnaround time for feedback was also relatively short. The first stage was submitting a questionnaire, followed by a take-home assignment, and an interview with the team leads. Then there's simulation day and the final stage is an interview with the heads of Ops.
