Interview
First, you'll receive a call from an associate at the store and he or she will interview you on the phone. You will then come into the store and get interviewed with a group where you'll do activities and where you'll all have to come up with two outfits on the sales floor. Then it's a one on one interview where they ask about 3-5 questions and they ask about your availability. Then, about 1-2 days after, you'll get a call where they tell whether or not they want you to work with them and at what hourly pay.

Easy, Someone called me after I applied to set up interview. I went in and met with the store manager. I only had one interview and offered the next day!

They asked me about my availability and just some situational questions. I believe I may have also watched a video.
Interview was very professional and a portion was an introduction to the job’s tasks, which I thought was very helpful. Interview was in store and on the sales floor. Interviewer was very personable and friendly.
