Interview was straight forward. The director was really respectful and kind. I wasn't intimidated at all. Felt like home as soon as I walked in there! I like the atmosphere here.
I got a phone call from HR for hiring process and pay rate after interview with each unit directors. interview was easy and most questions were related to previous experience. It took almost one month.

easy, very casual, Unit director is great.Hospital is hiring new grads, since they just moved to 8 hour shifts, experienced RNs are leaving. The New Grad training is around 4 weeks with the preceptor, you wont have your own patients until after the 4 weeks training.
