The interview was conducted by two different groups. The interview was unorganized, but friendly. It seemed several on the interviewers did not prepare and were not sure what to ask me.

A very thorough, but pleasant interview experience with leaders of the company. They ask about your background, experience, skill-set, and answer every question you have about the company. Overall, the interview experience is great with Olympic.
