      - company gives mixed feedback and demands way too much time for the interview process - recruiter calls you after each interview adding 15-30 minutes' time on top of each interview. Felt like I had 10 interviews with the company, only not to receive an offer in the end

      - half of the interview time is concerned with them asking you how you're experiencing the interview process. while not a bad thing in itself, why not spend this time trying to get to know the candidate better?
