I had a mobile interview with Omobio, and within a few minutes I felt the company environment was quite toxic and reliant on outdated technologies. They mentioned that if I joined Cambio, I would have to stop freelancing, work long hours, and even weekends. Overall, it gave a very toxic impression. The sad thing is that the current NPP government’s Deputy Minister of Digital Economy, Eranga Weerarathne, is the CEO of this company.

I faced 3 interviews. those are first one is HR discussion my background and what's Omobio domains. after I moved 2nd interview it's technical interview with Omobio tech team. then I moved final interview. it's HR interview with head of HR.
