I was contacted after getting in touch with one of the employees at a conference. There was an initial interview with the CEO, then a technical interview where I was presented with a problem and had to explain how I'd approach it. Since then, the interview process has grown more thorough and you can expect at least one technical interview, possibly with an "homework" assignment.
