It starts with a Phone call interview then they send you an assessment to fill out. Once you pass the assessments they call to offer you a position within the company.

They asked about prior experience, and if I had anytime off needed within the 1st 6 months.

very easy, simple, ask 4 question, took 15-20 minutes, easiest interview, you would know that day if you are hired, filled out the application same day did the assesment and then phone interview
