Given a bunch of scenarios and then asked about availability. Questions on what to do if an about customer service. Ask about how you deal with confrontation. They read of a sheet

Interview
Fairly easy, asked a few situational questions as well as all of the boring admin questions. Wasn’t many hours so they were clear about that and if I was okay with it. Offered me the job on the spot, then printed out the contract for me to take home, sign and then bring back with me.
