Completed phone screen with HR asking about my background and experience that went well. Offered an interview over Teams. The two interviewers took no notes and they seemed to mostly rush over the questions. I very much got the impression based on what they did say that a lot of fighting occurs between existing employees. Literally almost every question in the interview was about getting along with coworkers. I do have a current job that I have been at for several years and I get along with about 95 percent of the people I work with at a midsize company. I was only interested in this position because of it being hybrid.
