Interview
I had the opportunity to interview with One Method for the Junior Motion Designer position, and it was a great experience. The interview process was well-structured, and the Creative Director I spoke with was professional, engaging, and insightful.
Throughout our conversation, I gained a deeper understanding of the company’s creative approach and how the motion team collaborates within the agency. The discussion covered both technical skills and creative thinking, which provided me with a clear picture of their expectations for the role.
I appreciated the thoughtful questions and the chance to discuss my past experiences in motion design. The team’s passion for innovative storytelling and bold design choices was evident, making it an inspiring conversation.
Overall, the interview was a positive and enriching experience. Regardless of the outcome, I appreciate the opportunity to connect with the team and learn more about One Method’s creative culture.
Casual, laid back. The interview I had was conversational and I enjoyed the process. We talked about the responsibilities of the role and the culture of the company. Lots of opportunity to ask questions.

Interview
I had an interview with the Creative Director. It was a lot of question and answer, not so much a conversation. It was fairly straightforward. I asked as many questions as I could about the company's personal projects, because that's what I was most interested in. We also went through my work and then discussed my experience. It took about 45 minutes total.
