3 step process as of 2020 - interview with recruiter, hiring manager, then VP of department. each interviewer was very friendly asked follow up questions when they needed more clarity.

Standard interview process with basic behavioral questions as well as a few questions regarding background. I believe it was two rounds, where the second round was with current team members.

Recruiters are thorough and treat you like a human being. I was informed of the interview process (it is quick but thorough), the organization, received timely feedback and was treated with a high level of respect. Interviews with the hiring team are with peers as well as leadership. Honest answers to challenging questions.
