J'ai passé 2 entretiens. Durant lesquels on m'a expliqué que chez onepoint on ne faisait pas trainer les choses. Que j'avais pris le temps de me déplacer 2 fois et qu'on me traiterait avec respect en me faisant un retour que ce soit positif ou négatif... Résultat mon numéro doit être blacklisté sur le téléphone de ces messieurs puisque je n'ai plus aucune réponse ni à mes appels ni à mes mails...

Appel de 55 mn avec Sandy, très agréable et dans l'échange, la curiosité, la transparence. Elle a pris la peine de me rappeler pour m'expliquer les raisons du refus. Ce n'est pas toujours le cas.

At first they accepted my application, then they suggested : A first HR interview Two Technical interviews. Final interview with the head of department. All the the process took two weeks.

Can you describe your experience with facilitating Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective)? How do you deal with conflicts or disagreements within the team? Can you explain how you prioritize the backlog and ensure that the team is working on the most important items? What techniques have you used to improve team communication and collaboration? How do you measure the team's progress and ensure that they are meeting their goals? How do you ensure that stakeholders are kept informed about the team's progress and any impediments? Then they give me a use case and asked me to propose a suggestion.
