Interview
The process took more than 9 months, and it was a 3 part process (1. first screening interview, 2. writing assignment and 3. final interview). The interviews went smoothly, the interviewers were kind and polite making it more as a conversation.

2 types of questions: 1. general questions such as: how did you learn of the position?, why you want to work in this organization?, why are you interested in this position? 2. specific questions: how does your experience match the qualifications we are looking for? how would you handle a situation (describing a problem that might happened at the job)?
