The interview was quick and efficient and questions asked to test general aptitude for the role. Very much informal process rather than a sordid Q&A every other company seems to employ.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at OpenGamma (London, England)
Interview
Contacted by a recruiter who performed an initial over-the-phone interview which were followed by two interviews at the company. These were about 30-45 minutes each, one with a manager and another with one of the C-suite. Very pleasant and quite straightforward.
Interview had two technical rounds: 1st round: 1 hour long - phone interview - technical questions specificly on Java 2nd round: 2 hours long - live coding on zoom - problem solving and focus on code quality
